All guests will receive a Professional Service Disclaimer prior to service and Guest Services Survey following their service.

Time frame requested for Massage Services  -  2 hr notice preferred. Nail, Hair, Facial and Make Up Services – 1 day notice is preferred (however not always required).

Cancellation Policy: To protect the earning potential of our therapists and technicians we require a 3 hour cancellation notice for same day services  and a 72 hour notice on all pre-scheduled and group services  or a 30% cancellation fee will be applied.
