Spa Cancellation Policy
Due to the preparation that goes into our appointments, it is important that clients notify in advance of any cancellations to avoid fees.
A minimum 50% charge for cancellations within 24 -72 hours.
100% charge for same-day cancellations.
A minimum $25 charge per same day service change.
A minimum $25 Travel charge for locations outside the immediate metro area.
Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service and full payment charged.
